Farewell to Major General Nadav Padan

 On the occasion of Maj. Gen. Nadav Padan leaving his position at the head of the Central Command, we held a farewell event that included all the mayors of Yesha communities, including a tour of the Hasmonean palaces in Jericho, and a lunch meeting in Kfar Adumim. The municipal authorities bid farewell to General Padan, and Yesha Council Chairman David Alhayani gave him a gift and a Tanach. Gen. Padan thanked the participants and movingly said: "You are engaged in the real work of building this country... Together with the IDF in fulfilling daily the Zionist enterprise. Keep doing the important things for hundreds and thousands of years to come."
